Jennifer Le

Director of Operations

Since joining Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central California in 2018, Jennifer has grown through a variety of operational and financial roles, including Accounting Volunteer, Accounting Specialist, Accounting and IT Specialist, Operations Specialist, and now Director of Operations. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Accountancy, she brings a thoughtful, mission-driven approach to her work and is dedicated to advancing the organization’s mission of creating and supporting one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth throughout Madera, Fresno, Kings, and Tulare counties.

Although much of Jennifer’s work takes place behind the scenes in operations and administration, she has also supported programs directly and witnessed firsthand the transformative impact mentorship can have on young people, their families, and the broader community. She believes kindness is contagious and that even the smallest moments can leave a lasting impact. Guided by a deep commitment to the organization’s goals and the communities it serves, Jennifer is passionate about helping create opportunities that empower local youth and strengthen communities across Central California.
